Contract Management & Administration
FGS principals are experienced senior contract management executives and have administered multimillion-dollar service and supply agreements, and assets.
We can help prime contractors manage their construction or service contracts in a variety of disciplines, especially construction. Our managers are fully certified and possess USACE/NAVFAC CQM-C qualifications, as well as OSHA EM 385 1.1 certifications.
Contract Project Management
FGS personnel have managed complex, highly-visible construction projects. We can provide competent, effective, and hands-on management personnel to assist your team and stay on-schedule. We have a culture of being involved, on-site and can respond very quickly.
Fleet provides P.O.L. (Petroleum, Oils, Lubricants) Hardening project management support and emergency generator A.S.T. (Above Ground Storage Tank) inspection and maintenance services. Emergency Generators (EDGs) are an oft overlooked, yet strategically important component of material readiness.
Contract Engineering Services
FGS provides engineering inspection services for civil/vertical and mechanical, possessing CQM-C certifications (Construction Quality Management for Contractors) from US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
We could act as Engineering Technicians for NAVFAC, AFCEC, or USACE to inspect projects awarded and act on US Gov behalf in a QA role, or as a SIOR (Special Inspector of Record) for a variety of projects. We have pre-cast concrete and fuels experience.
We Will Perform:
On-site due diligence for Contracting Officers (KO) prior to awards in hard-to-access locations, like Kwajilein Island or Diego Garcia Island, or inspection/ET work on a routine basis during an award period of performance.
Buy America Act inspections in CONUS (continental United States) or OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) and other logistics related special inspections/support services as required, including guided material deliveries.
Very fast support services (VFS) and can mobilize in under 48 hours...and under 12 hours for most situations in the Marianas theater of operations.
